Vintage Oriental Jewelry Box – Hand-painted – c. 1930-1950 – 3.5 cm

Small vintage decorative box with hand-painted oriental scene, manufactured in Europe around the mid-20th century.

The box is made of cream-colored early plastic and features a decorative band with gold accents all around. The lid shows a colorful scene with traditionally dressed figures in chinoiserie style.

Compact in size and suitable as a pill box, snuff box or small storage object.
