Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of return, please contact us by email or via the contact form, stating your order number. Once you have registered your return, we will send you further instructions and the return address.

The product must be returned carefully and, insofar as reasonably possible, in the condition and packaging in which it was received. As we mainly deal in unique, antique and vintage items, we ask you to handle the product and the packaging with particular care.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if the product is damaged, defective or delivered incorrectly.

Upon withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and, if the entire order is returned, the standard delivery costs. The refund will take place no later than 14 days after your notification of withdrawal. We may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you have shown that the product has been returned, whichever occurs earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

If a product has been used or handled more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and its value has therefore decreased, we may deduct this reduction in value.

Exceptions

For products that have been manufactured according to your specifications or are clearly made for you personally, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded. When a statutory exception applies, this will be clearly stated before purchase.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Has your order arrived damaged, defective or have you received the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, attach photos of the product and the packaging. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.
