Vintage Japanese Blue and White Plate with Dragon Motif – 15.5 cm

Vintage Japanese blue and white porcelain plate with a powerful dragon motif framed by phoenixes and floral scrolls.

The plate is crafted in classic underglaze cobalt blue and features an expressive central dragon, surrounded by a richly decorated border. The composition is inspired by traditional Chinese motifs but was produced for export in Japan in the first half of the 20th century.

The underside bears an impressed mark with a crown and "Japan".
