Onyx Natural Stone Egg 7 cm – Banded Calcite – Red-Brown & Honey Yellow

Decorative natural stone egg of approx. 7 cm high, made from banded calcite (often commercially referred to as onyx marble).

The egg shows a distinct layered pattern in reddish-brown, honey-yellow and cream tones, with semi-transparent zones and a natural crystal cavity visible on the surface. The pattern is highly contrasting and organic, with clear banding characteristic of this type of stone.

Produced in the late 20th century as a decorative object. Machine cut and polished.

A powerful small sculptural object that works well in a display cabinet, on a desk, or among other natural materials.
