Interwar Wall Crucifix with Striped Veneer and Metal Corpus – 1920–1940

Interbellum wall crucifix with warm striped veneer and metal corpus.

This model combines a decorative wooden cross with a cast metal Christ figure and halo. The veneer in deep brown and gold tones gives the cross an elegant, almost Art Deco look. The metal corner pieces and the hanging bracket are original and present.

A classic Catholic house crucifix from the interwar period; the cross itself has some damage but still has a charming appearance.
