Shipping

We generally ship orders within 1 business day. Please note that we allow a maximum of 3 business days for carefully packing and shipping your order.

Shipping is handled by DHL or PostNL and is available to the Netherlands and most international destinations. Within the Netherlands, you pay only €4.95 for shipping on orders over €10, and €6.95 for orders below that.

As many of our items are unique and fragile, we pay extra attention to careful and secure packaging. This may sometimes result in slightly longer processing times.

Do you have special shipping requests, such as urgent delivery, an alternative shipping method, or collection by appointment? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist you.

Is your country not listed among the available shipping destinations? Please contact us. In many cases, we can make shipping to your country available upon request and discuss the options and costs with you in advance.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your package.

Any import duties, taxes, or other charges for international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
