Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of return, we request that you first contact us via email or the contact form, mentioning your order number. Once you have notified us of your return, you will receive further instructions.

The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging, as far as reasonably possible. As we deal in unique and often fragile items, we ask you to handle the product and packaging with care.

The costs for return shipping are for the customer's account, unless otherwise agreed.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good condition.

If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, we may charge for the decrease in value.

International orders

International shipments are handled exclusively upon request and in consultation. Different terms regarding shipping, costs, and returns apply to these orders.

By agreeing to an international order, the customer consents to these specific terms. Returns from abroad are generally not possible, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

For custom-made products or items reserved specifically upon request, the right of return may be excluded. This will always be clearly communicated in advance.

Damage or incorrectly delivered product

Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos if possible. In that case, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
