A small but remarkably heavy sculpture inspired by the Egyptian goddess Bastet.

This statue is crafted from solid metal and bears the marking "1986 TFM" on the underside. The form is based on classic ancient Egyptian votive statues: a seated cat with stylized proportions and elegant neck ornaments.

The dark patina is accentuated by green-filled details around the neck and chest, giving the piece an archaeological character. The slight wear on the nose and flanks enhances the vintage look without detracting from the statue.

Its compact size makes it a subtle decorative piece with a historical reference.

Specifications:

  • Height: 7.5 cm

  • Material: Solid metal (non-magnetic)

  • Dating: 1986

  • Marking: 1986 TFM (underside)

  • Condition: Good vintage condition with slight signs of use
