A characterful Japanese vase with a warm, almost marble-like crackle glaze base and refined figure decorations in soft earth tones. The hand-painted scenes depict traditional figures in motion, with subtle pearlescent accents that bring the surface to life in changing light.

The vase has an elegant shape with raised, organically shaped relief elements around the neck. This gives the object that typical, slightly theatrical appearance that is so beloved in Asian-inspired interiors.

A repaired crack in the rim is visible and honestly included in the presentation. Nevertheless, the vase feels sturdy and is primarily intended as a decorative object.
