Japanese Hand-Painted Eggshell Porcelain Cups and Saucers | Set of 3 | EADES | c. 1920-1935

This elegant set consists of three antique Japanese cups and saucers, crafted from exceptionally thin eggshell porcelain. Due to the fine wall thickness, the porcelain is slightly translucent, a characteristic of high-quality Japanese export porcelain from the early twentieth century.

All six pieces are hand-painted and feature refined depictions of geishas, children, and traditional Japanese landscapes. The subtle gold decoration along the edges emphasizes the elegant appearance of the set.

Thanks to the combination of craftsmanship, the fine porcelain, and the various decorations, this is a special collector's item and a stylish addition to both a classic and Japandi interior.
