Crucifix Wall Cross Brass and Corpus c. 1950

Atmospheric vintage crucifix with a classically designed corpus on a cross made of brass and horn-look material.

The cross has a warm, gold-toned appearance with a subtle inlay, combined with a dark patinated corpus that contrasts beautifully and gives the piece depth. The design is typical of the mid-20th century, featuring an understated yet expressive depiction of Christ.

This type of wall cross was widely used in Catholic interiors and radiates a timeless sense of calm and simplicity. Its compact size makes it suitable for both a small wall or as part of a larger collection of religious objects.

A characterful piece with visible signs of use, fitting for an interior with a sense of history.
