An original copy of The Dickensian from April 1910, the literary magazine of the British Dickens Fellowship. This issue, edited by B. W. Matz, was published in London by Chapman & Hall.

The light blue paper cover features a historical portrait of Charles Dickens from 1861, based on a photograph by J. Watkins. Inside are articles on the life and work of Dickens, historical illustrations, correspondence, and reports on the activities of the Dickens Fellowship.

Of special note is the full-page reproduction of Mr. Dorrit Feels Jealous, after a drawing by Marcus Stone for the first cheap edition of Little Dorrit from 1861. The magazine also contains several original advertisements from 1910.

An interesting document of its time from the early history of the Dickens Fellowship, suitable for collectors of Charles Dickens, English literature, and antiquarian magazines.

Antiquarian copy with signs of age and light discoloration. The original paper cover is fragile and shows some detachment at the spine. The interior, however, remains in good condition, with clearly legible text and well-maintained illustrations. Careful handling is recommended.
