Catholic Rosary – Dark Glass Beads with Crucifix

Vintage Roman Catholic rosary with dark glass beads and a classic crucifix.

The rosary consists of multiple strands of dark brown glass beads that subtly allow light to pass through. Between the beads are decorative metal elements with an openwork pattern, which gives the piece a characterful appearance.

At the end hangs a classic crucifix with a figure of Christ, mounted on a dark cross with metal tips. Additionally, there is a devotional medal depicting Mary.

This type of rosary was widely used in Catholic households during the first half of the 20th century and serves as both a religious object and a unique piece of devotional history.
