Set of 7 Hand-Carved Natural Stone Elephants | Onyx-Marble

A complete set of seven hand-carved elephants made of polished natural stone, arranged from largest to smallest. The largest elephant measures approximately 4 cm in height, while the smallest specimen is just under 2 cm tall. Together, they form a charming graduated family of seven miniatures.

The cream to honey-colored stone is traversed by natural reddish-brown veins that run differently in every elephant. This pattern is particularly prominent in the larger specimens. The animals were individually shaped from stone, ground, and polished, featuring simple geometric cuts for the legs, trunk, and ears. Slight differences in shape and stone pattern give each piece its own character.

Sets of seven graduated stone elephants were created as decorative and symbolic objects and are now recognizable collectibles within vintage natural stone miniatures. In various Asian traditions, the elephant is associated with strength, prosperity, and good luck.
