It may look worn, but many books from this era have higher quality paper. The pages are made of a kind of fabric and feel rough to the touch when you leaf through this book; which you can do without feeling like you have to be extra careful, as it is also bound so sturdily that the pages do not just fall out. Because of this strong printing and binding method, this book has remained completely intact.
