Laudamus (1963) – Lutheran World Federation Helsinki – International Congress Hymnal

An original edition of Laudamus, the official hymnal for the Third Assembly of the Lutheran World Federation in Helsinki (1963).

This international hymnal was printed in Finland and contains liturgical hymns in multiple languages, including English, German, and Swedish. The edition reflects the ecumenical cooperation within the global Lutheran community during the post-war period.

Bound in a sober black cover with gold lettering and a Luther rose on the front cover. Inside are handwritten notes in Finnish, presumably from a participant in the assembly.

A special piece of international church history from the 1960s.

Although this book may not be rare, it is currently unique in our collection in terms of origin and context. Please note that the price may not reflect market value.
