Articles cover, among other things, German disarmament, military equality, European armament and the relationship between disarmament and national security.

The extensive original advertising section is also noteworthy. It promotes political and military publications from 1931, including books on pacifism, National Socialism, warfare and Mussolini's fascist Italy.
