Adoro Te! - Catholic Prayer Book - N.V. Etabl. Brepols, Turnhout 1937

A beautiful Catholic devotional book from 1937, published by Brepols in Turnhout.

“Adoro Te” contains a selection of prayers, contemplations, and pious exercises, printed with ecclesiastical approval during the interwar period.

The warm honey-colored leather binding is subtly blind-embossed, and the page edges have a striking, shiny rose-gold finish. Inside are marbled endpapers and classic typography.

A modest yet luxuriously executed prayer book – tangible Flemish Catholic heritage.

For us, a collector's item due to its aesthetics and exceptionally beautiful condition.
